50% deposit of the hire rate is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% of the hire rate plus delivery is payable 7 days before the booking date.

Bond is payable and equal to the hire rate. Bond is required so that Ruby Red Runners can redeem costs; if the runner(s) is soiled and needs to be professionally cleaned; if the runner(s) is damaged beyond repair; if the runner(s) is not returned to Ruby Red Runners on the specified day and time (therefore incurring additional courier charges); or if the runner(s) is never returned. The bond will be secured in one of two ways. (1) The customer can provide their credit card details. The details will be used if/when necessary to professionally clean, repair or replace the runner(s). (2) The customer can pay the bond by cash. The cash will be retained if/when necessary to clean, repair or replace the runner(s) otherwise it will be immediately refunded to the customer.

All payments must be made via direct deposit or credit card.

The runner(s) can be used at indoor or outdoor venues. However, the runner(s) can only be used outside if the hirer is confident that the runner(s) will not be damaged by mud, rain etc.

The runner(s) must be returned by the customer in the original condition they were received. Ruby Red Runners would consider it reasonable to have to vacuum the runner(s) however any other type of cleaning or repair will be at the cost of the customer.
